FAQ
Fair questions.
What leaves my browser?
Your tabs stay in your browser until you ask. Clicking Organize sends the current window's tab titles and URLs to our server, which passes them to an AI provider to propose groups. Signing in syncs the groups you choose to save. Separately, the extension sends usage data, which never includes tab titles or URLs, and crash reports, which are scrubbed of them; you can turn either off in the extension's Settings. The full accounting is in the privacy policy.
Do I need an account?
No. The tab pane, drag reordering, and the quick switcher all work signed out. A Google sign-in is only needed for AI organizing and for saving groups to the cloud. It's free, includes 15 AI organizes, and needs no card.
What counts as an “active” saved group?
A saved group sitting in your cloud list, ready to reopen. The free plan holds 10 at a time; archiving a group frees its slot without deleting anything.
Which browsers does it support?
Google Chrome on desktop, version 121 or newer. Other Chromium browsers may work but aren't tested yet.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Deleting your account from inside the extension deletes your account, saved groups, folders, usage records, and AI request logs. Want a copy first? Use Download my data in Settings. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
How does the Pro trial work?
Your first subscription starts with 7 days free. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. The trial applies once per account; Stripe shows the exact terms before you confirm.
Is Pro's AI really unlimited?
For everyday use, yes: there's no monthly quota. To protect the service from automated abuse, Pro has a daily fair-use limit of 100 AI organizes per account. All accounts also share a service-wide daily limit that keeps the service available; on an unusually busy day it can pause AI organizing for everyone. Both reset at midnight UTC. If either is reached, AI organizing pauses until the reset; everything else keeps working.
